Corporate Sailing - covers a broad range of events, from a relaxed day on the water through to an integral part of a senior management development programme, including Client Entertainment and Employee Motivation.

Management and Team Development - the variable nature of the sailing environment, the operational functions of a yacht and the differences between individual yachts and their crews, combine to provide an excellent workplace analogy.

Fairlead Training was founded by in 1996, designing Outdoor Management Development Programmes using large yachts. Our small team of RYA and MCA Yachtmaster Instructors, now offer this broad range of services, securing business largely through repeat business and personal recommendation.
