Define teamwork for me …Someone once posed that challenge to me, and I discovered that a definition for teamwork isn’t that easy!
There’s no simple or perfect answer. I could give you a dictionary definition of teamwork (in fact, there's one at the bottom of the page), but it just doesn’t convey the full picture.
So I've put together the following collection of quotes. You can read what teamwork means in the words of others.... a whole page of different perspectives defining teamwork.
