BlueSky Adventures provides Superior Leadership Training, Team Building, and Adventure Trips. We are one of a kind in this business, we have staff with Team Building experience from the United States who currently work here and train all of our staff, we also have a Challenge Course with elements that are 12-15 meters off the ground.

We have been in business since 2001. We operated out of Brackenhurst Conference Center until 2009 when we made our move to the Lukenya Getaway. We now offer programs at Lukenya Getaway, Brackenhurst Conference Center, and other off-site locations such as Lake Naivasha.

Not your typical team building

These guys are incredible, my organization has worked with team building guys before, a few different guys offered through Lukenya Getaway. We decided last time to try BlueSky Adventures even though they cost a little more, and they did an INCREDIBLE job. They are capable of doing so much more than those briefcase guys, you get what you pay for and with BlueSky that is the best quality around. They challenge you to grow with the use of their tall rope and pole elements that no other company has here in Kenya. They are truly one of a kind, their processing and debriefing times are much more productive and what you learned throughout the day sticks with you and really helps bond and improve your team.
